We consistently pursue this aim with our team of qualified specialists. Today, our company is successfully active in all areas of industry around the world. The size of the machine is not important. We store small machine tools as well as large forging presses, but also machinery from the areas of metal working, plastic, pressing and paper, the chemical industry, wood processing, food, electrics and the construction industry. Our wide range of services also includes insulating buildings such as the Swiss embassy in Berlin, and heavy machine foundations (support foundations) for large machines and systems. IN THE FOLLLOWING YEARS, ÖZKA-İSTANBUL STARTED TAKING PART IN INTERNATIONAL MARKETS TO FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FOREIGN CUSTOMERS ASWELL. PRODUCTION OF FILLING AND PACKING MACHINES WHICH REQUIRE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ANOTHER LINE OF PRODUCTION FOR ÖZKA-ISTANBUL. RECENTLY, ÖZKA-ISTANBUL DEVELOPED A MACHINE FOR REWINDING AND DIMENSIONING BAKING PAPER. In 1972, the machine builder and graduate engineer Peter Schröck established Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH in Frankfurt/Main. Owing to pioneering innovations and extraordinary product quality, the flourishing enterprise soon developed into a global provider of machines for hose production. Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH became a member of Freiherren Waitz group in 1992. This laid the foundation for further growth: in 1996, the company occupied a new, larger office and production building in Karben, 10 km north of Frankfurt. The subsidiary UNIFLEX of America LLC. with its present registered office in Schaumburg near Chicago, Illinois, was established in 1998 to support the markets in the Americas. In June 2004, UNIFLEX opened a subsidiary in Singapore from where our Asia-Pacific customers are served. We are also represented by offices in Tangerang/Indonesia and Shanghai/China since 2007 and 2009, respectively. Today, after 40 years, UNIFLEX is a system provider in hose production – from workshop equipment to production plants. Innovative and reliable as well as durable hose crimpers, cutting machines, pin prick tools, skiving machines, marking tools, test systems, software and cleaning machines have been and are being developed and marketed in close cooperation with leading hose manufacturers and users.

C-METAL – QUALITY WITH NO COMPROMISES It all starts with an idea: the idea of developing a mixer lining that is more stable and durable than the original parts from the manufacturer. Driven by this thought, Louis Clos founds C-Metal GmbH in 1988 with headquarters in St. Vith in eastern Belgium, thus laying the foundation for the company’s current success. With constant commitment and the vision of a future-oriented plant, founder Louis Clos invests year after year in the development of new mixer linings and transforms the GmbH into a stock corporation as early as 1992. The part-time tinkering turns into a demanding full-time commitment. In 2004, due to the variety of products and space requirements, the company builds another distribution centre with direct motorway access and creates spacious workplaces with space for careful storage. Since 2007, C-METAL has been actively supported by Georg Schwall in all areas and has ensured that every order is processed quickly and smoothly. In the search for a successor, the next cornerstone for the future was laid in 2017: with the takeover by PSF Mechanik GmbH from Luxembourg, represented by Fernando Leyens, the company expanded in 2018 with a new 1, 200 m2 workshop in Courtil, Belgium. Since then, the wear-resistant steel parts have been manufactured in our own factory using the most modern machines and are delivered worldwide.
