The TOP 3000 S dosing system, which is now in its second generation, should be highlighted here. Although the system was developed back in 2003, it has remained the benchmark for the injection moulding of liquid silicones thanks to numerous further developments and the integration of innovative functions since its launch. This makes ELMET a specialist in and partner for the latest technologies in the processing and dosing of liquid silicones and LSR elastomer production in Austria.

All our production can be associated with specific marking and packing operations, according to your specifications. We are equipped with 2 Clean Rooms covering 550 m2 classed ISO 7 and ISO 8, adapted to the manufacture of medical and pharmaceutical products. Our quality management system is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified.
