G.M.S. has been producing aluminium moulded parts and hot-stamped brass parts since 1985, producing ready-to-use parts to client specifications. We have a wide network of sub-contractors providing services ranging from mechanical machining to surface treatments such as polishing, sand-blasting and galvanizing processing. Our scope for production is wide-ranging and includes both aluminium moulding and hot-stamping of brass.

Our corporate activity is based on applicable legal and ethical standards, with a particular emphasis on the well-being of our employees. In addition, we strive to protect the environment. The operation of our systems is inspected in line with legal provisions. We only use raw materials which are pre-registered or have already been registered. The same applies for our foils from sites outside the European Union. The foils themselves are classed as products in line with EU Regulation 1907/2006 dated 18th December 2006 and are not subject to mandatory registration. Our foils are primarily produced in Germany. For foils produced outside of Germany, we take care to ensure the same high standard of quality for raw materials and manufacturers.

We offer a wide range of standard dished heads, including small. medium and large knuckle radius types, double-walled, reversed, caps, cones, elliptical, flat-end, hemispherical and many other types. At LG Tec, you can choose specific dished head dimensions and finishes to suit your purposes. We carry a vast stock of all the standardized catalogue items in various grades of steel, stainless steel, nickel and aluminium. We can also meet your specific needs, such as drilling and special treatments. We supply standardized dished heads ranging from thimble size to 4 metres in diameter for the small. medium and large knuckle radius types, and up to 5 metres in diameter for elliptical or double wall types.
