Schwarz Systems GmbH is the ideal specialist service provider in the fields of stainless steel surface machining, series-production tank manufacture, forming technology, robotic welding technology and machining of large parts. The newest member of the group, AMP GmbH provides extensive services in the fields of non-destructive material testing and laser measurement.

CAST SOLUT GmbH was founded in 2007 and distributes its products all over the world. We offer a comprehensive rapid tooling and prototyping service, from developing the concept to the first prototypes and then the final component design ready for series production. Our range of services spans both 3D printing processes such as SLA, SLS, metal printing, etc. and conventional manufacturing processes such as vacuum casting, RIM, injection moulding and dies, investment casting, CNC components, pressure die casting and surface treatments. Our technology solution service ranges from consulting for manufacturing concepts to distribution and training. Our KLM Maschinenbau brand has made a name for itself on the global market thanks to its innovation, quality and service – this combination enables us to offer a wide range of machinery and custom solutions. HORO has been producing and distributing heating cabinets, drying ovens, ultra-drying ovens and humidification chambers since 1945. Whether you are looking for a small heating cabinet for the laboratory or a movable large chamber – our particular area of expertise is in manufacturing special solutions specifically designed for your application! The size of our heating cabinets and drying chambers varies between 20 litres (for example, for laboratory use) and large tunnels with very large volumes (for large chambers and through tunnels). The heating chambers can reach a maximum temperature of 650 °C and are fully lined with stainless steel. The drying process technology is continuously developed to provide improved drying results with considerably reduced energy consumption. We have incorporated Industry 4.0 into our range for many years. Our equipment controls are fitted with Ethernet connection, therefore enabling all possibilities for them to be connected and integrated all around the world.
