MP GmbH Montage- und Prüfsysteme was established in 1990 and develops and produces bespoke machines for assembly, measuring and testing processes, tailored to customer requirements. For the assembly machines, we use our modular system with custom process design. Our MP joining press, process controller (traceability) and dosing quantity tester are hugely popular among are customers and are put to use in many applications. Our clients, who include AAM, Biotronik, BMW, Bosch, Continental, Daimler, Häfele, Linamar, Magna, Nidec, Oerlikon, Stihl, Volkswagen, ZF and many more, operate in the fields of automotive manufacture, medicine, furniture and garden tools. We support our clients through our extensive expertise in the assembly and testing of gearboxes, exhaust gas recirculation coolers, camshaft modules, viscous dampers, automotive pumps, artificial pacemakers, colostomy bags, dowels, hedge trimmers, etc. and have previously supplied to clients in Brazil, China, Mexico, Thailand and the USA.

PRESSTA EISELE GMBH

Pressta Eisele GmbH from Bullay produces circular saws, automatic saws and custom solutions for cross-cutting, drilling, milling and die cutting structural shapes from aluminium and non-ferrous heavy metals. We offer five different model ranges, from automatic saws and thin cutting machines with saw blade widths from 1 mm to high-performance machines with 18.5 kW saw drive. Saw lines are developed on customer demand and can also be integrated into fully automatic processing systems. - The patented FRANK showcase system - The FRANK showcase system features our unrivaled slide-in technology. It requires no screws or gaskets for dustproof and airtight storage and preservation. Simply insert the inconspicuous aluminum strips into the grooves machined in the edges of the panels. No wider than the two eight-millimeter panels’ connecting joint, these slim extrusions are flush with the surface when installed. Most important of all, they provide a precise-fitting connection with the stability of a permanent joint and the flexibility of a quick-release fixture that enables easy disassembly. FRANK Showcase System is available in glass, acrylic or other materials. All materials are connected using the same connecting profiles. As a result different materials can be combined with another. The prefabricated Frank showcase is delivered disassembled and well packed. It can be assembled/disassembled in a few simple steps by only one person.
