Sinus GmbH was founded in 2002 in Mönsheim, Swabia. In January 2012, Mr Bassem Bouhlel purchased Sinus GmbH. Since then, Mr Bouhlel has been the Managing Director of Sinus GmbH. In 2012, immediately after the business handover of Sinus GmbH, the company headquarters moved from Mönsheim to Kerpen. At the end of 2014, the company headquarters was relocated again – from Kerpen to Hamburg. That's when a storage area was also added to the office spaces, so that commissioning of orders could take place from a single source. Due to the growing goods turnover, the company headquarters was relocated in 2021 to the strategically optimised site in Bargteheide, where the storage area was expanded by more than 2000 m². We are thus able to provide our range in large volumes for our customers. Thanks to decades of experience in the area of filter technology, we are able to realise and supervise large-scale projects. In-house storage logistics allows us to respond flexibly and efficiently to customer requests. Our Shipping department is happy to undertake transport of their goods. We are motivated to process all requests and matters within 24 hours, and be by the customer's side all over the world as a partner in issues of filtration, end oilers, separators, motors and accessories. A medium-sized company of more than 25 years' standing, we have made our name nationally and internationally in the fields of air filter technology, workplace safety and environmental protection on the basis of an ecological and socially responsible company philosophy. The "door within a door" design of our electrofilter series has become an international benchmark for technically sophisticated and easy-maintenance filter systems. For years, the continuous monitoring of developments in the design and performance of modern machine tools has given rise to more and more new electrofilter series, often in collaboration with the mechanical designers, and with the form adapted to the machine tool design. This also calls for a new design of the filter equipment, primarily the ionizer and collector cells. Today, DSL Air Technology boasts the world's largest electrofilter modification in the sector.

Jacobi Resinex Another part of Jacobi Group is the Jacobi Resinex business. Here we offer premium ion exchange resins that can be used standalone or in conjunction with our activated carbons or filter units to serve a number of different market filtration applications.
