Ugur Makina’s high performance stationary crushing and screening plant delivered to Kazakhistan public enterprise. UGUR MAKINA has delivered 450 tons/hour stationary crushing and screening plant to an important public enterprice in Kazakhistan. UMK110 jaw crusher, different size belt conveyors and UME2060*4 vibrating screens, UDK90 vertical shaft ımpact crusher and cone crusher were used in this project. This plant is our 5 th plant to be erected in the Kazakhistan market in 2022.

Infrastructure investments continue rapidly in Uzbekistan, which has been making a great leap forward. “Uzbekistan Railways”, one of the state institutions that has the biggest share in realizing these investments, preferred Uğur Makina’s crushing and screening facilities for the production of aggregate needed in the project of adding new lines to the Tashkent Metro. The Mining and Metals expo, which was suspended for a year due to Covid-19, was decided to be held in 2021 by taking the necessary precautions. Uğur Makina took its place in this expo, which it regularly attends every year. Ugur Makina also won the tender by participating in the Eskişehir municipality’s tender for a special recycling plant with a capacity of 400 tons per hour. The municipality has requested a 110 Jaw Crusher, a 1115 Secondary Impact Crusher, a 3-layer 2060 screen, and belt conveyors. For environmental reasons, plant closure and a dust reduction system were requested in addition to the machines. Our project team planned and built the specific recycling facility at the capacity we committed to. The municipality of Eskişehir has inspected and approved our completed machines. The facility’s foundation was laid with Anchorage Concrete before professional staff began construction on site. The logistics were met by Uğur Makina, delivered to the field and its assembly started. In the recycling facility built by Uğurmak, the site was visited to observe the working stages, performance and production efficiency of the machines and to improve the design of our machines.
