Welcome to six decades of induction expertise. Inductoheat Europe – Your contact for all matters relating to induction heating and heat treatment. As part of the global Inductotherm Group, we are technology leaders in the inductive heating sector in Europe. We develop, produce and sell induction heating systems for a wide range of industrial applications at our main plant in Reichenbach. We manufacture standard and special hardening systems as well as inverters in large bandwidths. Inductoheat Europe also operates two contract hardening facilities in Reichenbach and Darmstadt, in which our customers have their small and large batches hardened. Our induction manufacturing plant produces these application-specific wear parts in original equipment quality and, if requested, at top speed.

Energietechnik Essen GmbH – a member of the Georgsmarienhütte Group – bases its capabilities and skills on continuous research and development as well as on experience reaching back to 1811. The Energietechnik Essen GmbH develops, produces and supplies safety-relevant high-tech products, mainly for manufacturers of power generation machinery. When the first turbo-generator was built at the start of the 20th century, the Essen-based company supplied the retaining rings. Retaining rings are placed on the ends of the rotors to fix the copper coil against the centrifugal forces created by the high rotational speeds. The oldest documents in the company's archive relating to non-magnetisable retaining rings date back to 1901. Energietechnik Essen GmbH uses two remelting units, one electroslag remelting unit and one pressurised electroslag remelting unit, to produce the materials for retaining rings.

Fonderie Acciaierie Roiale Spa, specialised in the production of wear-resistant steel for spare parts in aggregate crushing machines, always had customer satisfaction as its main goal. LBI (Les Bronzes d’Industrie) is a foundry that provides centrifugal (spun) casting. We have the capacity to handle a wide range of diameters, from 80 to 5000 mm and up to 20 tonnes, working with alloys created in-house. Our catalogue includes copper alloys, stainless steels, special steels and aluminiums. We manufacture and machine round items (rings, sleeves, tubes and cylinders) using centrifugal (spun) casting processes. We deliver parts as blanks or machined.
